04 Hosting & platform
This store is hosted and powered by Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland. Shopify processes data on our behalf to provide the store, checkout and payments. Our live-auction pages additionally use Cloudflare, a Supabase database (EU region) and Resend — see our Privacy Policy for the full list of providers.
05 Consumer disputes
If you are a consumer and something is wrong with your order, please contact us first at steven@psychedelic.science — we want to put it right. You can read your cancellation and return rights on our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page.
We are not currently signed up to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body and are not obliged to use one. (Note: the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was permanently shut down on 20 July 2025 and is no longer referenced here.) This does not affect your statutory right to bring a complaint before the competent court or consumer authority in your country of residence.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. The Dutch supervisory authority for data protection is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your own EU/EEA country.
